Take 2 capsules per day for a month, with a large glass of water at meal time. If necessary, it is possible to take the supplement continuously throughout the duration of breastfeeding.

Please note that our breastfeeding boost supplement is not recommended for pregnant women because it contains fenugreek which is incompatible with pregnancy.

The  breastfeeding boost supplement contains fenugreek seeds which support milk production and recovery after childbirth. Fenugreek also helps balance elimination and the menstrual cycle after childbirth. As for black caraway, green anise and sweet fennel, all three support breast milk production during breastfeeding.
