How to choose the size and put on a diaper properly?

How many diapers are there in the subscription?
Our subscriptions cover babies' diaper needs for one month. The number of diapers varies depending on the size of the child: the older he gets, the fewer diapers he will use over a month.
I have too many diapers, what should I do?
Our subscription is completely flexible, you just need to move back/advance the preparation date of your next order or modify your shipping frequency from your customer area.
How do delivery and returns work?
We deliver within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to your home (DPD, Paack, Colissimo).
Express delivery guarantees delivery between 24 and 48 hours from the date of your order (Chronopost).
If you are a subscriber, we reimburse packages of unopened and intact diapers whose packaging is not damaged (without holes, openings or tape, etc.):
For orders older than 3 months, JOONE covers the return costs.
For orders after 3 months, return costs are your responsibility.
When will I receive my first order?
Once your order has been validated, allow an average of 3 working days to receive it. If you are pregnant, we advise you to start the subscription during your 8th month of pregnancy. You can then, from your customer area, postpone the preparation of your second order to the date of your choice.
